For Landlords

Nitori USA, Inc. operates Aki-Home stores, bringing uniqueness to your shopping centers by seamlessly combining home furnishings and furniture for our customers. Niotori USA, Inc. is vertically integrated with product development capabilities and factories in South East Asia. This ensures our customers to easily coordinate different products from all categories in style, color and pattern.

Aki-Home Site Criteria

  1. 23,000SF to 35,000SF
  2. Positioned between similar type stores (furnishings or clothing). End-cap locations not preferred.
  3. Power centers, regional centers and life-style centers.
  4. Traffic counts in front of the store over 30,000 in a 12 hour duration.
  5. Population of over 400,000 in a 15 minute driving range.

For Developers

We are also looking to acquire land or pads to develop and build our own stores. There is a possibility to develop an entire shopping center if the space exceeds the square footage to build a single store, as we have experience in shopping center development in Japan.

Land Acquisition Criteria

  1. Over 2.5 acres in size.
  2. Traffic counts in front of the store over 30,000 in a 12 hour duration.
  3. Over 10 similar format retailers on the same street within a 5 minute driving range.
  4. Population of over 400,000 in a 15 minute driving range.
