SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aki-Home.com.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All order are processed within 3-5 business days.  Orders are not shipped or deliverd on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  Notifications will be shown on cart page during these circumstances.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment to your order, we will be we will contact you via email or telephone.  

SHIPPING RATES, DELIVERY ESTIMATES & PROMOTIONS

Shipping is available for all non furniture orders that can be shipped through UPS/USPS.  For Furniture and large items, please select either Drop Off, White-Glove Delivery, Store Pickup or Warehouse Pickup in the cart.

Shipping charges for your order can be estimated in the cart page as well as be calculated and displayed at checkout

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Aki-Home shipps to addresses within the contental U.S. Hawaii.  All addresses including P.O. boxes/APO/FPO/DPO

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will recieve a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) once the shipping label is created.  Confirmation will include a list of items that each tracking number contains.

TAXES

Aki-Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Aki-Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you recieved your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged good before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
